Seed Storage With Full Traceability

For many plants, cleaning is only part of the relationship. Storage is the other half. SeedTech manages grain and seed storage with the same batch-level control used throughout the system.

Bin Management and Intake

You can set up and manage individual bins within the system, tracking what’s stored, how much is in each bin, and who it belongs to. Grain can be accepted directly from customers or transferred into storage from the cleaning process. During load-out, cleaned seed can be assigned to a storage bin instead of being shipped immediately.

Everything is recorded as it moves.

Controlled Shipments

Grain in storage can be:

• Hauled away by the customer
• Shipped directly to a third party
• Released in partial or full quantities

Every movement in or out of storage is logged. If grain is shipped to a third party, SeedTech generates documentation showing destination and shipping details.

No informal records. No missing paperwork.

Certificate and Lot Tracking

Seed certificate numbers and lot numbers remain tied to stored grain throughout the entire process.

From intake to final shipment, traceability stays intact.
